Returns

At Doogues, we take great pride in packing every order with the highest level of care and attention, ensuring that our customers receive their products with the best possible experience. To provide you with added peace of mind, we offer a range of return options.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM(S)

We always strive to provide an exceptional customer experience, but we understand that, occasionally, some orders may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them. Send photos, a short description and proof of purchase to returns@doogues.com, and we will review your case to determine if a replacement is required.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

You can return your purchased item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit, subject to a small admin and restocking fee (shipping charges paid at time of purchase are excluded from the store credit). However, some item(s) do not qualify for returns. Products that cannot be returned will be noted on their product page and/or at checkout. To qualify for a return:

  1. Proof of purchase is required.
  2. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs on change of mind returns.
  3. Returns must be requested and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
  4. Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.
  5. For hygiene reasons, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and ‘as new’ condition, with all boxes, and specialty packaging intact.
  6. A photo of the item must be sent before shipping for condition assessment.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We work hard at Doogues to prioritise efficient order processing and strive to dispatch orders promptly. As a result, once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return is received, the item(s) will be carefully inspected to ensure it complies with our returns policy. Processing may take up to 10 days from the date we receive the item(s).

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at returns@doogues.com to initiate a return. 
  2. Once your return has been approved, pack the item(s) securely and include your proof of purchase.
  3. Send your return to the address provided on email.
